<Mary and Max> was a cartoon film and published last year in Australia. The story is based on the director’s life, he also has a pen pal for 20 years.  I like its music and lines.
There is a story between Mary and Max who always exchange letters.  Mary is an 8-year-old girl live in City of Melbourne. She usually feels lonely, because of none friend but a pet.
Max is 44-year-old man live in New York. At first, he received a letter from Mary about herself and a candy bar. Then he wrote back and answered her question.
They continue to exchange letters for a long time and solve problems each other. This movie tells us that even though we have different background and culture, we would like to own a heart full of love and tolerance.
There are many excellent lines. For example, “Do not worry about smiling, my mouth hardly ever smiles, but it doesn’t mean I’m not smiling in my brain”.
